Beverly Hills moving
Beverly Hills first steps- moving to a young city
Beverly Hills is a city in California, placed between famous Los Angeles and West Hollywood. It was first settled by Maria Rita Quinteros de Valdez and her husband in 1828. They named their ranch Rancho Rodeo de las Aguas. The ranch was sold in 1854 to Benjamin Davis Wilson and Henry Hancock. They divided it into parcels and sold them further. The buyers were mostly anglos from Los Angeles and East Coast. At the beginning of 20th century, it was purchased by the group of investors. Their idea was to find oil here, so they named the company Amalgamated Oil Company. The property also changed the name into Beverly Hills, because it was in the hills, and it got the name after Beverly ranch. It was meant to be white-people-only territory, one of many in California at that time, and therefore the other people were prohibited from moving to Beverly Hills unless they were hired to work for white men. Besides being forbidden for people of different colours of the skin, it was also forbidden for the Jews.

First steps about moving
The construction of the first hotel in Beverly Hills started in 1911, and it was finished in 1912. Many visitors to the hotel bought land in Beverly Hills, and they were first people moving here, making it little by little a neighborhood, becoming able to be incorporated as an independent city, being that the population of it was big enough. In 1940s black actors and businessmen started moving to Beverly Hills, in spite of being prohibited as non-white people. This issue was brought to the court to be solved formally, by forbidding black people to move to Beverly Hills. But, instead of that, the judge of that court, Thurmond Clarke, made the Negro able to be incorporated as an independent city, being that the population of it was big enough. Modern era-What has Beverly Hills got to offer to new movers
The modern era of Beverly Hills started in late years of 20th century. In 1990 it was offered the metro to be extended, so it would reach Beverly Hills, but it was rejected. The offer then changed to building a bus rapid transit, but that was rejected too. The public transportation here is served by Metro rapid and using pre-existing roadways, which is much less efficient than the two suggestions that were made. It is now planned that the La metro extends and go through Beverly Hills, and that should be realized until 2020, which would make it even more attractive for people planning on moving to Beverly Hills. On contrary to the Jews being banned from making purchases here, in 2015 an agreement was made between Beverly Hills and the state of Israel, on water use and also cooperation regarding health, emergency services and much more.

People planning on moving
The city of Beverly Hills is completely surrounded by Los Angeles. It is bordered by another luxurious neighborhood of Las Vegas- Bel-air, known as a neighborhood for wealthiest people only. It is called Beverly Hills, but the most of the people, in spite of that, live in flats, because this neighborhood is very flat. The climate in Beverly Hills is Medditarean micro climate. There is almost no wind, the summers are warm, and winters warm to moderate. The average temperature of almost 30°C in august, and the average of almost 20°C in January. It makes it pretty cool place, so moving to Beverly Hills would be a step closer to paradise, based on this criterion. Of course, if you are not winter and snow lover. If you are, this place has nothing to offer for you, being that it snowed here for only several times in history.
If you consider education very important, then there are no obstacles to your moving to Beverly Hills. It is served by Beverly Hills Unified School District that includes four k-8 schools. It also has Beverly Hills High school, and several private schools, so there are different kinds of quality of education to choose from if relocating to Beverly Hills, depending on how much money you have and also what is the most important criterion when choosing a school for your children- or for yourself.
Changes in moving to Beverly Hills nowadays-based on experiences of the movers
As someone who was coming here for many years before I moved to Beverly Hills, I am kind of happy about what changes are taking place here. I decided to move here because of all the beauty Beverly Hills offers you to enjoy in, but something that made me less happy was that if you were not the celebrity, you were feeling not welcome to move to Beverly Hills, you would feel less important. There were famous people from the world off fashion, acting, business all over the place. Now you can barely see them from time to time, so the spirit of the place has changed, it has become a moderate place for new movers to Beverly Hills day after day, being affordable for people with little above average salaries too. Especially south from Sunset boulevard. It is still glamorous place and has much to offer to those who love being near famous people, but nowadays it has also got something to offer to those moving to Beverly Hills who do not like that kind of life very much.
