Yes, it is true, Beverly Hills is the most famous neighborhood of the City of Angels. And of course, Beverly Hills is recognized for Rodeo Drive, expensive real estate and countless film and television moments. I agree, there are countless celebrity hot spots there, too. But let’s try to look past all that for a second and appreciate a few secret gems of Beverly hills. Hidden jewels that are not so public, meaning that they aren’t mainstream. And for a good reason!

Beverly Hills is home to many secret gems!
A little history lesson. Beverly Hills was founded in 1914 and it got its name after Beverly Farms in Massachusetts. The massive value increase started when Douglas Fairbanks and Mary Pickford got their hands on the epic 56 acres of land to build the Pickfair estate.
Since then, Beverly Hills has had these hidden gems laying around, just waiting to be discovered!
Secret Gems of Beverly Hills – BH Farmers’ Market
You probably never ventured here, but trust me you must! This place offers an incredible variety of fresh organic products while having more than 60 vendors. But it’s not only a place to purchase, it offers fun activities for the entire family! It even has a ‘kid zone’ where you can let your little ones play their heart out. Also, kids can get engaged into educational games, pony rides and even cooking classes!
Also, it would be a terrible shame if you’d let your kid miss out on the petting zoo. A unique opportunity for your little ones to befriend some gorgeous furry creature. And trust me, once you take them there once, they’ll want to go there every weekend! The place is open every Sunday from 9am until 1pm.
If this is not one of the most romantic restaurants I don’t know what is. The entire atmosphere is simply stunning. Under the veil of candlelight and other sources of very dim, romantic light topped with the most amazing food you’ve ever tasted.
You could even go as far as having your table sprinkled with rose buds while you’re having a glass of the finest champagne with your loved one. It doesn’t matter what you’re after, be it a celebration of a sort or just a unique dinning experience – you must check this place out!
There are also other fun activities you can engage your kids in, make sure you don’t miss out!
The Paley Center for Media
This is something you simply have to see for yourself. This Paley Center for Media is a place where discussions are being led about cultural, creative and social impact of television, radio and all other emerging social media platforms.
Also, anyone wanting to experience a little big of the Hollywood film magic must see this place. Inside you will be able to experience an unmatched collection of radio and television programs as well as very detailed panel discussions in regards to the most recent media events.
Secret Gems of Beverly Hills – Ice Cream Lab

Ice Cream Lab is home to some of the finest tastes you’ve ever had!
Yeah… I mean what more is there to say? Can you seriously tell me that you’d willingly skip out on a place called ‘The Ice Cream Lab’? Yeah, didn’t think so.
Beverly Hills is big on ice cream shops, so it’s hardly a gem. But this specific one is the diamond among gems! The very unique technique they have for making ice cream beats all others. Just seeing it in action is fun, let alone actually eating it.
What Ice Cream Lab does is use liquid nitrogen to momentarily freeze natural, organic ingredients instantly turning them into ice cream. Brilliant, I know! Best of all, Thursday to Sunday they are open until Midnight! This means you can get your sweet on even in the late hours!

Yes… A cupcake ATM!
Secret Gems of Beverly Hills – A Cupcake ATM
Man oh man is it a great time to be alive. An ATM that dispenses CUPCAKES! I mean what more can a man ask for. So, you’re casually walking down the street and you start craving something sweet (like I do every day). So you just pull over, walk to the ATM, insert a few bucks and the machine dispenses a sprinkled cupcake!
Not to mention how fun it is to watch the thing dispense a cupcake! I mean just the sound of it is fun, wait ’till you see it in action!
Sugarfish – Nozawa Bar
Calling all sushi lovers! Nozawa bar is going to be the most epic thing you’ve ever seen! The bar is located within Sugarfish Beverly Hills. But make no mistake, this place is very exclusive. Getting a seat here will require some uncanny dedication.
First of all, there are only 10 seats in the entire bar. This alone can pose a challenge. Second you can only have 2 seatings per day, with a total of 20 courses that all come down to $150. The most epic part of this entire project is getting front row seats for the omakase show performed by Chef Osamu Fujita. You’re mind will be so blown – it’s going to take weeks to recover.

American Tea Room with its unique experience!
Secret Gems of Beverly Hills – American Tea Room
Last but not least, one of my dearest memories would be from the American Tea Room. Granted, Les Palais Des Thes was a retailer of the most exotic and expensive teas. As of a few years ago it also opened a full service tea room. Within this room you’re able to sit down and enjoy a session of Grand Tea for 25 bucks per person.
Not only will you have the opportunity to try a variety of teas, but you’ll also be able to get your hands on some petit fours by Valerie Confections! Amazing experience overall! A must see!
